报告摘要:
In recent years, many new treatments for various types of cancer have been developed and shown to improve the outcomes for cancer patients. Not all of the patients may, however, benefit from these treatments. Identification of a subset of patients who may benefit from a specific cancer treatment is an important research area in clinical cancer research. In this talk, I will present some background examples and review our recent work on the development of statistical methods for the identifying treatment-sensitive subsets.
